At Afflair we understand how difficult it can be to blend and mesh families and friends together without creating drama and often stress while planning for an event. We work hard to minimize this stress for our clients — taking the time to listen to them (and their families) and help understand how we can best help to make not only their event but their planning as stress-free as possible.

Weddings and other special events, with all of the tiny details and all the “What Ifs”, can overwhelm even the most organized person. At Afflair, our experience lets us know what to look for and what questions to ask. We work with you to game plan for all the possibilities that might pop up along the way. We double and triple check to make sure you have not forgotten something you might not have thought to plan for or to ensure that something you wanted to have happen on your big day occurs.

TIMELINE
With all of our Day of Service Packages we include a detailed timeline for the layout of your wedding and event. This timeline spells out exactly what will occur through the week leading up to your event. Afflair will confirm every final detail of your event and each event professional will be given a copy of the timeline to make sure we are all working together to achieve success.

BUDGET
We know this is probably one of the largest “purchases” that you will make in a lifetime. That means it is all the more important to stay on track with budgets, payment schedules, and deadlines. One of the biggest challenges during the planning process is knowing how much is appropriate to spend on certain items. While there are averages and statistics that you can use to help set your budget, at Afflair we work to customize and specialize our suggestions of costs per items based on your priorities.

DESIGN
At Afflair we want to help you bring your vision for an ideal event to life. We can work to bring in unique lighting, linens, furniture, and other décor elements to take your event to the next level.
